As part of our continued farm diversification projects, we are now able to offer serviced offices, meeting, and conference rooms, we have offices available for single and multiple occupancy, along with some areas comprising of multiple working spaces suitable for larger businesses. All our offices are heated from the farm’s environmentally friendly biomass heating system and all heating, electric and Wi-Fi is included within one monthly cost.

Office Suites

All our office suites come ready to use, with carpet flooring, desks, individual heating, and internet connection all included within the single monthly cost. They are available with short term tenancy agreements designed to encourage small starter businesses. Communal toilets and kitchen areas are also provided.

Conference Room

We have a large conference/training room available for hire. Fully equipped with audio visual equipment for presentations and training. The conference room has a dedicated kitchen area and is provided with refreshments. Catering is also available on request.

Food preparation units

Small units are available for food production or catering type businesses. Provided with hot and cold water and washable non slip flooring.

Stock & Storage

Our onsite self-storage business can also offer storage of stock for .com type businesses or any other storage requirements for our tenants. Storage is available on a monthly basis with no long term commitment. We can also provide forklift services throughout normal office hours.
